Salva overcomes his fear because something happend to Marial and he felt terrified,but then his uncle said "Salva I will stay up all night on grad and watch that there is no loins and I will shoot any that come near".I think the worst is when a gun gets pointed at him when he tried to go into the men group.And I think that the dessert could also be the worst because there is barely,any water or food and there is a lot of lions.
He helps because he gives Salva a bit of fruit and that he will shorten the walking time and get some rest.If Salva didn't have his uncle I think he would be dead by now or he will be hungry thirsty and be about to die.
The one sentence that I came up with is.Walking till I can't,thirsty till I am about to die,rowing until I get to the other side.
