A long walk to water - Discussion questions part 2

They didn't want Salva in the group because they thought that he would just complain and that he would slow them down and wast more food and he would be to much care and no one had time to do so.

water dictates her life because she has to go for a long walk to the lake and back every day,in the summer she moves to the lake because it is dry season and the water where they normally gets it from drys out.And they are scared that they would get really endured or get killed by the Dinka tribe.

I have learnt that water can be very hard to get to and it is especially during dry season, food can be hard to get to and everyone loves honey and they use a special bird to find a bee hive and they get stung a lot, that salva and they rest of the tribe walk a lot with no shoes on and they rarely get food and water and it is very hard to survive.I think that salva is doing very well and not complaining and he is walking a lot with out stopping and with no shoes on that would be hard.

Nya's life at the camp is a lot different than her village. The camp is a lot more dangerous than the village because the Dinka tribe can really hurt them or kill them. The water is easier to get but you still have to dig for it.the shelter is a lot different because it isn't like the strong hut that they live in.
